Police vs Robbers

A chase on the freeroam server. Drivers in the police cars hunt everyone else: stay right behind a robber for a few seconds at about the same speed and it's a bust (+3, and +1 for every other police car close by). Robbers score a point for every full minute on the run, and the longest run going is Most wanted and scores two more a minute. Busted robbers sit out a minute in jail. Rounds usually last a quarter of an hour; race control can change all of this per event.
